called on Monday about a brake problem, person on the phone said it would probably be a few days but I could bring the vehicle in and they would get on it as soon as they could. Wednesday they called and had found the problem, said that they would have it done before the close of day. Everyone was polite and did exactly what they said they were going to do. Very happy with the results. Would take my vehicle to them again and tell other people how good they were

We've taken our cars here for many years, based on the recommendation from a friend. They have always been fair with us. Today, my daughter's car battery died at lunchtime. I was able to go and jump it, and we took it straight to Holt Auto. They were able to install a new one the same day. And then when it was done, Mike let me know that there was a headlight out, so he went ahead and replaced it, because he knew that it was my teenage daughter that was driving it. It meant a great deal to me that they would look out for my family like that.

Mike and the rest of the staff at Holt Auto Service is great! I've had them service a number of things on two different vehicles, and they always do a very thorough job at a fair price. There's no pressure to fix everything at once (and let's be real - if your car is over a decade old and you take it in for just one problem, chances are good that there will be a few surprises). They do, however, provide you with all the information you could possibly need, including great recommendations and estimates. On my last visit, they texted me an entire breakdown (including pictures) of the complete vehicle inspection! Also, I feel like I can't possibly end the review without mentioning those cookies... I look forward to them every time I pick up my car! A delicious treat on your dashboard somehow manages to lessen the sting of paying (sinking?) a few hundred dollars into your 2005 Honda. Please continue the cookie tradition, guys!
