EXCEPTIONAL EXPERIENCE WITH HOLT AUTO SERVICE I visited them to have one of my CV joints/axles replaced. I scheduled an appointment about two weeks in advance, and the day before, I received a helpful text message reminding me of my upcoming appointment. The drop-off and pick-up process were excellent. It's important to note that they have moved from their previous Holt location to the convenient Northrup/Cedar location, right along the bus line. Typically, I tend to go to the dealership for most of my vehicle services. However, I decided to give these guys a chance, and I couldn't be happier with my decision. The quality of their work was outstanding, and the price they charged was incredibly reasonable compared to what the dealer would have asked for. What impressed me even more was that they went the extra mile by texting me a comprehensive car inspection report with photos of items like the brake pads. They even suggested an additional service for the brakes, which I genuinely needed, and promptly provided an estimate through text. Holt Auto Service is truly top-notch in terms of their expertise and professionalism, yet they maintain the friendly atmosphere and fair pricing of a neighborhood garage. I wholeheartedly recommend Holt Auto Service to anyone in need of automotive services.

I have been going to the shop for over 30 years. They are honest, reliable, dependable, tells you of concerns so you can plan for it. I just wish they would extend their hours a little bit to take into account people that are trying to fit them into the work day.

Dustan and Dave helped me evaluate a Ford Transit Connect and took care of required brake service. Courteous and conscientious. Have recommended them to others and will continue to take the Ford in when it needs servicing and any work.
